From January to October 2025, China’s chicken exports reached 613,800 tons, surging by 37.7% year-on-year.
In October alone, exports reached 70,800 tons, setting a new record.Japanese and Hong Kong markets made significant contributions, with exports to Japan reaching 16,100 tons and to Hong Kong 15,700 tons in October, with combined demand from the two markets increasing by 28%.
Additionally, China’s poultry meat successfully entered the high-end market in the European Union.
Shandong Yantai Tianhua Food made its first export of 19 tons of frozen cooked chicken to Spain, and orders from the UK also landed simultaneously.
